- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The customer service here by Dave is seriously lacking. He has a tendency to be rude and I've yet to have a good interaction with him. Not to mention, I now try to go online for EVERYthing as I realize the USPS is breaking and have only received 2 of 16 packages on time over the period of 5 months and have had 3 envelopes go 'missing' in transit after I dropped off.
